Hi I’m Judy and I joined the Orthodontic industry 7 years ago. My favourite part of my job as Practice Manager is being able to see the amazing changes in patients after treatment – they have stunning new smiles and increased self-esteem. I’m very organised and love working with the cooperative team at Inner West Orthodontics. In my spare time, I love gardening, pilates, watching a good flick and reading. Like the rest of the team, travel is a particular favourite too, with many air miles under my belt – my next stop is Paris! A doting Grandmother of four, weekends often find me babysitting, reading stories painting and drawing with the grandkids!
Hi I’m Tahnaya. As the newest member to the practice and the youngest of the team, I get a buzz chatting with the teenagers that come in to see us. I have previously worked in both dental and Orthodontics and love assisting. Working at Inner West Orthodontics is great as we are all passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic, so can have fun together in achieving the best for our patients. In my spare time I like to read A LOT. My family and friends are really important to me and I spend most of my spare time with them. Right now I’m on a health kick and walk the Bay Run at Five Dock as often as I can, always trying to improve my time.
I’m Janev. I have been a Clinical Assistant since I was 16, working in the Orthodontic area for the last 5 years. I love the interaction I have with patients and have a very distinctive laugh, which is often heard throughout the surgery. I am a bit of a movie buff and love to read. I spend all of my spare time with my beautiful family and our new furry puppy baby. I have three gorgeous kids and I’m a well-established resident of the inner west area of Sydney. I’m a bit of a mother hen, if anyone needs to find anything; I’m always the one they ask!!
Hey, I’m Katrina and I work with Helen on Reception. I have a passion for travelling, meeting people, dancing and music. Oh! Did I mention pets? I love both cats and dogs! Being a receptionist here at Inner West Orthodontics, allows me to meet wonderful people from all walks of life. Sometimes I even get the chance to speak in Greek, which I am fluent in. My dream was to visit the city of Venice, Italy and I achieved that a few years ago. Next stop Paris, again or maybe even New York! I am the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters.
I’m Helen and I work with Katrina on Reception. I have been a receptionist with Dr Pistolese for 7 years now and have shared the joy of getting married, and welcoming my two beautiful children into the world. I spend a lot of my spare time ‘kid-wrangling’ as I have two non-stop, full of beans toddlers. My boys are just so high energy! I would love to do more travel and explore the world – but first need to catch up on some sleep! Maybe I need one of Kate’s homemade coffee’s…
Hi, I’m Isabella. I am the newest and youngest addition to the team. Working as a dental assistant is great fun especially at Inner West Orthodontics. Seeing the transformations of the patients is a very exciting and fulfilling experience. I am a bit of a chatter box and I love to get to know our patients. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sydney. I am always intrigued as to how things work and always eager to learn. I’ve definitely caught the travel bug so I am always keen to hear about the tips and tricks when it comes to travelling. In my spare time I love to run, especially along the beach. It’s a great way for me to clear my mind.
Hello, I’m Kate, and I’m based in our Camden practice. I’m a multi tasker – managing the reception and attending to patients as a Clinical Assistant. I’m a mother of two teenagers and live with my husband in a lovely little country village south of Sydney, where we have chickens and a vegetable garden. I am a bit of an entertainer and love to have dinner parties and try different foods I’ve never tried before. I love taking the kids camping up the coast on weekends. One of my favourite times in the week is sitting down with a home made coffee or a glass of wine (depending on the time of day!) and reading the weekend newspaper.
